This is the largest room available, with a 100 theatre style and 30 boardroom style capacity. The abiltity to provide flexible layouts, enable a number of different uses for the suite.
The Banquet Suite is available to Cunard Building occupiers and the wider business community.
The Board Room
This room has a quiet and secluded location, complete with wireless broadband access, natural daylight, luxury fixtures and fittings and a versatile set up.
The Boardroom provides facilities for up to 12 people and makes an ideal meeting room for complete privacy.
The Cunard Room
The Cunard Room provides an ideal small meeting space and is brightly lit, quiet and elegantly decorated. Services provided include a full range of refreshments available to order.
Queen Mary Room
The room provides a grand ornate space with a capacity of up to 60 guests theatre style. The Queen Mary Room has air conditioning, natural daylight and versatile set up, enabling the room to be converted to a boardroom space for 25 guests.

Reservation of the room for lunches or between 12.00pm and 2.00pm will be treated as a full day. All charges ex-vat.
A fee of 50% will be levied for cancellation less than 14 days prior to reserved date.
Weekend and evening meetings can be arranged on request.

There is NO SMOKING in the Conference Room or common parts of the Cunard Building.
Under the terms of hire, responsibility must be accepted for any damage caused and costs incurred.
